Please bring the following original documents (Mandatory / Maximum):

1. 1. Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) (If the applicant is 18 years old or above), otherwise FORM-B (Child Registration Certificate) of the applicant.
2. 2. Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) of the Parent’s / Spouse’s (If applicable)
3. 3. Education Documents (Primary School/Matriculation/ Intermediate/ O & A Levels or above, in Original) (Whatever applicable)
4. 4. Last paid Utility bills (Electricity, gas, or water) - If the property is an applicant or their parents' name
5. 5. Nikkah Nama (For Married applicants only) / Divorce Certificate
6. 6. Any document proving your permanent residence in District South, Karachi, for the last 3 years.

The applicant may bring along, or the issuing Authority may require any of the following documents for ascertaining the bonafide residence / eligibility of the applicant in District South, Karachi:-

1. 1. Birth Certificate.
2. 2. Parent’s / Spouse’s Domicile.
3. 3. Voter list certified by Election Commission.
4. 4. Property Document or Rental Agreement.
5. 5. Death Certificate of parents (In case they have expired).
6. 6. NOC from other districts / cancellation of previous Domicile, if any.
7. 7. Any other document as deemed appropriate by the Authorised officer.

Submission of Case:

1. 1. Submit the Domicile Fee.
2. 2. Submit your original documents to be scanned.
3. 3. Get your photograph and biometric information taken.
4. 4. After these steps, we will process your case at our end.

Please note that the total charges for a Domicile Certificate are only Rs. 600. (Please do not forget to take your itemized receipt)
